An experienced results-driven operations and management professional, I

have optimized productivity, streamlined efficiencies and improved

profitability. Committed to managing programs and projects effectively, I

contribute to business development and revenue-producing activities. Some

of my strengths include:

o Reining in costs while improving efficiencies

o Delivering solutions that achieve contract completion ahead of schedule

and under budget

o Utilizing engineering strengths to improve quality and productivity

o Driving improved processes that lead to increased customer satisfaction

I earned my MBA from Saginaw Valley State University and my Bachelor of

Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry Institute of

Technology. A previous Board member of the Gladwin Community Sports Arena,

I have also been a Regional Representative to the Michigan Area Hockey

Association.

Known by management, peers and vendors as an action-oriented professional,

I have the ability to get things done quickly and handle rapid change

easily. Simplifying complex problems, I am highly organized, competitive

and always willing to try new approaches. I consistently win cooperation at

all levels.

SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS FOR PARKWAY PLASTICS, INC.:

Implemented mold design services. Parkway did not offer mold design

services, driving clients costs up. Researched, identified and partnered

with two mold manufacturers and marketed services as a complete package.

Reduced client costs substantially, ensuring total package from design to

production and retaining key customers.

Improved efficiencies while reducing costs. Old equipment was incapable of

maintaining cycle time and exceeded maintenance budget. Delivered proposal

to BOD to replace two hydraulic machines with new, all-electric equipment.

Installed new equipment with 35% reduction in energy costs while increasing

production 25%.

Delivered contract under budget. Company was awarded a contract that

resulted in production forecasts that exceeded capacity. Selected by BOD to

oversee building expansion / new equipment purchases. Received Board

commendation for plant and equipment upgrades, completing contract three

months ahead of schedule and 10% under $2M budget.

Eliminated expedited shipping charges. Poor maintenance led to delays in

shipping products, resulting in additional $10K in expedited shipping fees.

Established performance metrics and reviewed daily. Realized 100% on-time

shipments for five consecutive years, eliminating additional costs.

Achieved ISO certification ahead of schedule. Company lacked a clear,

definable quality system, loosely following GM, Ford and Chrysler

standards. Recruited and hired QC Coordinator to achieve ISO9001/QS9000

certification within 12 months. Achieved certification in nine months,

three months earlier than projected.
