Graduate Projects:
1) Bottleneck Analysis & Improvement of Process Flow Performance at Metal Frame manufacturing Plant of Material
Mechanics Inc. (using Flexsim Simulation software)
2) Simulating the sales growth of a company by overcoming the production capacity constraints and backlog. (using
Vensim software)
3) Design of experiment for determination of optimized method for economically assembling an elastomeric connector
with nylon tube to maximize pull of force and minimize assembly efforts. (used Minitab considering 4 controllable
factors and 3 noise factors )
Undergraduate Thesis:
“Experimental Investigation of Wetting Delay during Jet Impingement Quenching of a high temperature brass block. ”
Water and cutting fluid are used as liquid jet. Designed and constructed the whole system for the experiment. Determined the
wetting delay on the hot brass surface by analyzing the plotted temperature vs. time graph and visual observation of the wave
propagation on the surface.
