including rest homes, strip shopping centers, condo projects, clubhouses,
and vision centers, however, the wealth of my experience is derived from
custom home building.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
Grace Residential LLC
2004 - Present
Charlotte, N.C.
General Manager
My responsibilities included starting this division of Grace Innovations
LLC.
Product design, budgeting, quality control, and systems control were just
part of my duties as we began with an idea and progressed to an $8,000,000
per year division in 2007. In this same time built a 16 unit condo building
for our corporate partnership in N.C. mountains ($3.1 million) and managed
construction of an amenity site for 500 plus acre subdivision ($5.3
million). The most recent project completed was an eye care building and
site improvements totaling $2.8 million which included major environmental
remediation and meticulous zoning approvals.

2001-2004
Charlotte, N.C.
Project Supervisor
Started the south Charlotte division of existing building company and
completed multiple homes in upscale neighborhoods. Duties included
permitting, design, budget formation and customer relations. At the time of
departure was offered the position of company manager with responsibility
for all project managers.

Prior work experience before my residential career was with Harkey and
Assoc. of Indian Trail, N.C. My duties there were primarily design and
permitting but I also field managed certain jobs when time permitted. The
most complex and satisfying project was Helton Manor, a 17,000 square foot
senior adult care facility. My construction experience is varied and deep
and I welcome the opportunity to discuss this experience acquired over
twenty five plus years in this industry.

Personal:
Born: January 20th 1959. Married for twenty six years to Dee S. Rushing
and father to Mary Beth and Ross Rushing. Mary Beth graduated from Eastern
Kentucky University with honors and outstanding senior award. Ross is a
rising sophomore at Bridgewater College in Virginia majoring in Philosophy
and Religion while playing football. Dee is an accountant and office
manager with Mosaic Color of Greenville, S.C.
I am very involved in my local church with music and missions and enjoy
all sports activities. Currently in my third year coaching football at
Metrolina Christian Academy.
Listening while conversing with customers is essential, and can only be
accomplished if you truly care about their concerns and needs. This
principal has guided me through the myriad of customers I've encountered
over the thirty years of experience I've acquired.
