Fox Pro to .NET platform. This includes a one-time conversion of 400K default loans

Responsibilities:

• Led this project from offshore(Kolkata,India) and h ad 40 resources directly

r eporting to me .

• Performed technical as well as managerial activities required in order to sustain

such a big team.

• Coordinated with onsite to prepare the Test Plan/Strategy.

• Did 100% review of all the offshore deliverables before sending them to client.

Description: P roject involved building a new complex interface between Citigroup’s legacy

O riginations application and a PEGA tool called LRS(Loan Review System).

Responsibilities:

• Was the onsite project BA Lead with 25 offshore resources working with me.

• Attended 3 months long closed room calls with PEGA & Citigroup development

teams in order to understand the new functionality, the new tool, the project

business requirements and the new interface requirements

• Prepared the high level BRD(Business Requirements Document) after having

several brainstorming sessions with Citigroup business team, Development team &

t he PEGA development team.

• Prepared the H LD(High Level Design), FSD(Functional Specification Document) &

t he Use Case Diagrams.

• Set up several requirement document walkthrough call to make sure all project

teams understand the requirements crystal clear.

• Helping the QA/Testing team to make sure all the important business process are

Metrics in various phases of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). These metrics

i nclude but not limited to Effort Rate, First Time Pass Rate, Defect Density, Defect

T urnaround, Quality to production, Test Effectiveness, Cancel Rate, Post Environment

Defect etc.

These metrics help to streamline the testing process, identify the effectiveness of testing

and helps to minimize the defects f lowing to production environment. Additionally some

metrics also help to identify the quality of the requirement documents, the quality of code

p rovided and the stability of the testing environment.
