4. EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
January 2012-Present: Senior Software Engineer for the DC-II-SSA Prototype Pilot
Data Centres (SSADCII) project, under contract to ESA. In this project I am
responsible of the encapsulation of Fortran/C++ source codes into web services
through Java (JNI) and maven projects. We define the interface of each web
service by means of .wsdl files, using data types previously defined in .xsd
schemas. These web services are deployed in a WebLogic server and we call these
services from a BPM process developed under JDeveloper IDE.
November 2010 - January 2012: Junior IT Consultant for the SOA team of the
Technological Solutions department at Indra Sistemas(Barcelona), working in the
project of introduction of SOA components in the systems department at Cespa
(Grupo Ferrovial). It required the use of Oracle SOA tools (10g version)
October 2008 - October 2010: Lecturer, practices of numerical calculus and
biostatistics at University of Barcelona, under the Graduate Fellowship Program
FPU, from the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation
July 2008 - September 2008: Summer stage, training as software engineer at the
Space Debris Division, programming Fortran 77 routines and shell scripts dealing
with simulation of sensor observation strategies.
October 2007 - July 2008: Lecturer, practices of Visual Basic programming and
numerical calculus at Institut Qu mic de Sarri, Barcelona, Spain
July 2007 - January 2008: Training in MS Excel programming, in implementation of
