On Premise Administrator

Timekeeping and payroll for 700 employees, customer service, Workers’ Compensation, benefits administrator,

point of contact for all escalated issues involving contractors and translating documents from English to Spanish.

Conversion of 500 contractors from manual payroll to automated payroll.

Liaison with risk insurance company for all workers compensation claims.

Responsible for background checks and drug screens for all new employees.
