Background

I have 10 years of electrical and instrumentation experience. This

includes but is not limited to:

Installing and terminating control systems based on Allen Bradley SLC 500;

these also included 24VDC power supplies, 4-20mA analog devices and DH+ and

Ethernet communications.

Installing field devices such as Rosemount pressure transmitters, PMC

vibration transmitters and Fisher I2P control valves.

Medium and Low Voltage power distribution such as MCCs, stand alone

starters and disconnects. This includes stress cone terminations, hi-

potting and HOA switches.

5KV to 25KV stress cones, load breaks and deadbreaks.

Installing all varieties of conduit, seals, condulets and related

equipment.

Troubleshooting both power distribution and control systems. Including

Allen Bradley plc and Logicad Vantage system.

Training and certifications

Completed 10 hour OSHA training.

3m and Raychem certified for 5kv and greater terminations including stress

cones, load breaks,dead breaks, and splices.

Completed Swadgelock tubing bending course.

Responsible for all electrical maintenance work. Job included of multiple

daily, weekly,and monthly PM. Troubleshooting and repair any electrical or

mechanical breakdowns during shift. Modifications to caster and mill plc

programs including making logic changes as well as logicad troubleshooting.

Job Title: Electrician

Subcontracted to PAR consulting a Engineering & Design company. On this job

I was responsible for verifying all electrical circuits including controls

and power for Occidental Permian Co. This job included the verification of

all analog and discrete circuits. Opening all electrical panels, junction

boxes, and devices in order to verify drawings and create new as built

drawings. Performed red-line sketches on existing installation drawings as

well as sketching any new control systems contractors may have installed.

Responsible for time keeping and logging work performed weekly.

Job Title: Electrical Foreman

I completed an instrument upgrade project for ConocoPhillips Pipeline. On

this project I was in charge of all electrical and instrumentation work and

managing the time for the crew and other Elkhorn resources. This project

included upgrades at several locations. We installed field devices and

connected them back to the PLCs. This work not only required us to

terminate to the PLCs but also included adding input cards. I ordered all

the materials needed to complete the project, working with the

ConocoPhillips CFR, ConocoPhillips automation and ConocoPhillips E&I

personnel.

I also completed a Medium Voltage MCC replacement for ConocoPhillips

Pipeline. This involved the same types of work and managing the same types

of resources as the prior project. In addition to that we terminated

medium voltage power with stresscones and hi-potted the entire system.

Both of these projects involved planning project schedules, materials and

equipment with the ConocoPhillips CFR.

Job Title: Electrician

My team installed a new MCC for a new three tank gasoline storage facility.

I did all of the terminations that were 5KV and above as well as the hi-

pot testing. This included the motor terminations and cable feeders to

each tank. I was responsible for all of the troubleshooting on 120V to

15KV systems. I installed all of the lighting, the instrumentation, the

UPS and terminating to the PLC. I ordered and received all of the

materials for this project, completed all of the electrical paperwork and

assisted the Supervisor with troubleshooting, drawing corrections and

modifications.

I performed these same duties on a recently completed project in Kansas for

Kinder Morgan Pipeline.

At this job I performed all medium and low voltage terminations, built 5kv

and up 3m terminations including stresscones, loadbreaks, deadbreaks, and

splices. I did the hi-potting and cable testing. I was responsible for

wiring all new equipment as well as troubleshooting any problems that came

up during the start up process of new units in the refinery. I was involved

in the installation and termination of all transformers both low and high

voltage. I terminated motor controls including start/stop stations and HOA

stations. I was also responsible for megging and documenting all new

cables pulled in to different electrical equipment. I terminated the wiring

for PLC and DCS systems. I installed of all lighting 480V-120V including

lighting contactors and all lighting control systems.
