Operate electrostatic powder machine to produce quality coated tubing. Start ovens prior to
s tart of shift to be at operating temperatures when shift starts. Receive instructions from
supervisor at start of shift as to what needs to be produced for the day. Instruct co-workers
as to what will be produced. Make adjustments to powder machine for different lengths of
t ubing. Make adjustments to spray guns inside powder booth as tubing enters and
constantly observe entire operation and make adjustments as needed to ensure a constant
p roduction of quality coated tubing. Check wash tanks to ensure proper cleaning of tubing.
Operate fork lift on a daily basis to move supplies and goods. Make repairs and maintain
equipment in good working order.
Tube unloader / quality assurance July 1996- October 1998
Unload powder coated tubing from paint line conveyor. Visually inspect tubes and check
outside / inside parameters. Load skids with proper amount of tubing as customer
requested.
