Executive Manager for Risk Management for Trump products and Property Tax
Certiorari for all Trump properties. Designed, developed and executed
specific growth projects in the areas of real estate development,
entertainment and licensing including Trump International Hotel & Tower in
Chicago and Las Vegas. Negotiated and implemented bank construction loans
including swaps and interest rate caps totaling to $1.3 Billion and
utilized creative tools such as applying surety deposit bonds to save on

designing a Remote Computer Process controlling the movement from the Money
