upgrading SalesLogix CRM solutions. Most specifications included data migration, form development and
enhancements, scripting, testing and documentation. Customer’s host servers could be found on both Oracle
and Microsoft SQL server database platforms on NT or UNIX operating systems. Some solutions were based
off of our web products and required HTML customizations. Clients were often global and were located all
over the United States.

Responsible for the Sales Administration department of the “Mass” division of the company. Served as
liaison between Marketing and Sales, and supervised all communications between the two departments.

subjective criteria for rep performance analysis. By integrating our clients' warehouse-to-store shipment
information we returned to a more objective/quantitative evaluation of our sales force.
# Participated in the implementation, training and proper roll-out of a 2-way communication system via
laptop for our national sales force.
