• From November 2012 – February 2013, worked full-time as a contract Business Analyst
at Connextions in Orlando, FL. Brought on board to serve as key driver in development
of 'myCustomHealth' (mCH) website. Website was a portal which retirees would use to
enroll in Medicare products. Received positive feedback for my work, and the contract
was extended after the initial expiration.
• Responsible for writing all business requirements related to the creation of the web
portal and wrote end-to-end 'Reporting Requirements' for project. Maintained online
documents repository.
• Regularly traveled to Colorado to work with the development team in finalizing
requirements. Met with exterior clients that were part of the development of mCH.
• Responsible for development of workflow diagrams, use cases, and functional
specifications. Regularly worked in Visio to develop flowcharts related to the project.
• Also served as an analyst on separate 'MedAdherence' project, which Connextions uses to
track use of medication by enrollees. Wrote requirements for automated reports relating
to project. Gathered data regarding performance of Connextions in meeting client goals.
