Project lead responsible for design and characterization of microfluidic devices for application in

high throughput cancer drug screening.

Fabricated tissue engineered bone grafts and vascular grafts using collagen for biomedical

applications.

Involved in design, development and testing of biomimetic corneal tissue as an alternative to

current corneal transplants.

Used Solid Works to analyze the effect of mechanical stress and compression on the nature of

bone graft being designed in the laboratory.

Performed mechanical characterization studies (suture strength, shear stress, elasticity,

transparency) of the assembled constructs.

Performed cell culture, Immunostaining, cell based assays, tissue fixation and histology.

Conducted in-vivo and in-vitro studies to evaluate the engineered constructs.
