Experience Hobby Town USA February 2006 to May 2006
I worked as a customer service representative. My job duties included, helping customers with any question
about Radio Controlled trucks and cars. Getting the parts they needed to repair their R/C trucks or cars, help the
customers repair or replace parts. Help customers with any information about our products, new arriving R/C
trucks and cars. I had to be up to date on new products. I also took the trash out and restocked the shelves.
Watermill Express LLC April 2007 to Present
I started as operations support. I was in charge of counting money with coin separators and bill counters, I was in
charge of counting and bagging our coins and bills. I was in charge of over $100,000 Dollars a week, no money
was ever lost or had shortages while I was in charge. My other duties included repairing coin machines,
collecting the money. I did marketing from June 2007 to November 2007, I would teach our customers about our
water treatment stages, the fail safe system, our 24 hour monitoring system. I also sold bottles, and our other
merchandise. I had a few customers call to say what a great job I had done spending time answering every
question with patience. After marketing I went back to operations support. Now my current position is Route
Service Representative from March 2010 to present. My job duties include replace filter cartridges, cleaning the
water kiosk, collecting the money on my own and no money has gone missing or no shortages have been
reported. I inform customers about our water treatment and procedures I we do. Have been driving a company
car since March 2010 to present date. I answer questions, give advice how to keep bottles clean. Hand out
business cards.

I have done 50 hours of community service at my local church, St. Christopher Catholic Church. I did
administration work, file paperwork; answers calls, and help out during church events handling money mostly
cash. I like helping out and giving back to the community when I have the time.
