- Managed dozens of residential woodworking projects from schematic design to
completion.
- Responsible for reviewing construction drawings and arranging the procurement
of construction materials, fixtures and equipment required for each project.
- Acted as the “face” of the company, handling client’s questions and concerns
while maintaining vendor and subcontractor relations.
- Responsible for onsite quality control, invoicing and budget reconciliations.
Hanger Orthopedic Group, Inc. September 2006 – August 2010

- Acted as an Assistant Project Manager (APM) for hundreds of commercial
construction projects nationwide. Responsibilities included locating and
qualifying general contractors, drafting and submitting RFP’s, negotiating and
awarding contracts, answering RFI’s, reconciling project budgets and maintaining
databases while acting as a primary contact for all construction related queries.
- Responsible for interfacing between our architects, vendors and the field to
produce custom design packages for hundreds of commercial interiors projects.
- Acted as primary Real Estate contact with the IT dept. concerning project
coordination. RE/IT coordination responsibilities included organizing and
conducting weekly RE/IT meetings, communicating project schedules, updating
construction status, facilitating communication between RE, IT and the field.
- Responsible for arranging the design, production, installation and funding for all
signage for Hanger Orthopedic Group, Inc. and ensuring that signage is
completed on schedule and under budget.
- Responsible for managing utility accounts (electric, water, sewer) for all
construction projects, including the retrofitting of outdated systems.
- Responsible for calculating and reconciling project budgets and submitting the
data to the Director of Real Estate.
