Changing Faces Youth Services is an Intensive In Home Counseling agency. The goal of the agency is to prevent children
with a mental health diagnosis from being placed out of their home. The work was conducted in the most disadvantaged
communities in the Richmond area. My role was to manage day to day operations in terms of locating possible clients,
turning potential clients into actual billable clients, assigning clients to counselors, reviewing assessments and individual
service plans, planning in service trainings for staff, facilitating information delivery, monthly reports which included

High bridge Community Life Program was a contract agency for the New York Administration for Children Services. The
goal of the agency was to respond to children who were living at home with parents who had been founded for child abuse
but didn’t require foster care. My role was to work with the parent and physically see the children to ensure they were not
being abused. My work took me from shelters to hospital were children were the most at risk. I lead weekly groups and
training on circular questioning.
