Creative Touch Interiors (CTI), San Diego, CA 2004 – 2010

CTI is a division of HD Supply, providing design and implementation services for flooring, countertops and

window treatments.

Operations Coordinator (2005 – 2010)

Primary point of contact for existing Vendors as it relates to product discontinuation, substitutions, as

well as new product offerings. Solicit new and existing Vendors to ensure CTI is always current with

latest product offerings and enhancements. Review vendor contracts for product expirations, renewals

and price changes. SAP material master, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

Processing Coordinator (2004 – 2005)

Responsible for coordinating the collection of all documentation related to the successful completion

of each project order: Customer requirements, Design specifications, and procurement information as

well as installation schedules. Verify design specifications against customer requirements prior to

placing final material orders. Monitor ‘in process’ orders to ensure that all schedules are being met,

escalating as necessary to keep developments on track for installation. Audit closed orders for

profitability and loss, reporting analysis as to the cause of the loss.

associates. Led the design, build and consolidation of 3 decentralized warehouse facilities, on time

scheduling and receiving of all in bound products, both domestic and imported, from various overseas

daily machine and quotas were met.
