• Perform HR functions for 275+ employees with day-to-day administration of Human Resources policies and programs covering

employee relations, training and development, reporting and analysis, compensation and other inquiries in multi-regional areas

including Dallas, Houston and Chicago.

• Employee Relations duties include conducting in depth investigations and presenting findings, processing terminations, lay-offs, transfers

and promotions as well as administering performance improvement counseling and facilitating mediation to promote positive
