Specialized in international legal research for Ternium and Tenaris
(Techint Group). Analyzed local and foreign financial and corporate
regulations, case law, and treatises for providing assessment in
groundbreaking transactions (in the issuance of perpetuities by Banco
Macro, the first of its kind in Argentina; in the issuance by Grimoldi of
securities backed by future credit-card receivables). Drafted reports on
corporate and banking case law and provided insight on its repercussions.
