Senior Associate – Point B (2011 – Present)
• As one of the PMO leads, provided project management best practices and leadership in the
implementation of a digital-to-consumer (D2C) platform that enables consumers to access, buy, and watch
Studio content online and on various digital devices. Managed the cross-functional Agile team in charge
of the implementation and operation of the Video Management and Content Management systems,
coordinating and integrating the quality testing efforts with the core QA team. Alongside the project role,
led a PMO process improvement initiative and the Agile adoption efforts.
• Provided Program Leadership in the implementation of a new online bill presentation and payment
platform for a state-wide utility company. Guided client team through final testing and deployment phases
of the online platform, inclusive of deployment readiness, risk assessment, customer and internal
communications, business and user acceptance testing, and post-deployment support processes. Led
project team through 5 Dress Rehearsals ensuring all processes and procedures were documented and
validated and successfully executed leading to a successful on-schedule Go-Live.
• At a nation-wide private health plan provider, led the Business Development efforts for the Medicare and
Medicaid business units, enhancing the collaboration between the different clinical, business executive and
support teams and streamlining the overall RFP development processes. Led the team into increased win rates

Co-Founder – Marketing Strategy Company (2005 – Present)
• Created and launched Marketing startup in Portugal; Responsible for the company’s Strategic Planning,

Manager – Accenture (2004-2010)
• Led the set up and implementation of the EPMO for a $12B new refinery that accounted for 80+ projects and
a 6 years length portfolio of programs that ranged from Management Capacity Enabling initiatives or
enterprise information systems sourcing/implementation
• During two years, led the PMO function at the Angolan National Gas entity; led integrated efforts of client
resources, consultants, and contractors within the Gas Exploration-Production Lead Maturation process.
• On a the Angolan office of a global energy company, coordinated the PMO body that led the rollout of SAP
corporate package to the country, including but not limited to gap analysis, requirements definition,
implementation, test planning and execution, data migration and change management efforts
• Led all 3rd party efforts in the first Angolan national B2B portal, a web-based sourcing and procurement
platform for the Angolan Energy sector based in SAP SRM; led the Call Center implementation and

• Directed several teams of 15+ resources in different clients and large scale projects, being responsible for

• Led a Strategic Sourcing and Procurement project on a major Oil Field Services firm achieving significant
improvements in the procurement process, promoting efficiencies and driving 15%+ yearly cost-reductions.
Business and ERP Consultant – Global Professional Services Firm
• Led the functional team in the successful implementation of an Integrated Health Management System for a
network of 22 clinics / hospitals at the major private health-system in Portugal. Directed planning,
