- As a part of Alcoa’s GBS-IS Operations I gained real-world business experience by participating in the
development and implementation/deployment of new systems, new information technologies and
information solutions. Direct involvement in supporting and enhancing existing systems and
information technologies. Worked directly in an Oracle SQL environment with other SQL DBA’s.
- IUP IT Support Center (December ’11 – May ‘13) – Student Technician
- The IT Support Center provides technology support to students, faculty, and support staff at Indiana
University of Pennsylvania.
