2011-2013

deliverables and ensured HL7, DICOM and PIPA compliance.

recovery for solution's core infrastructure, business and utility

2010-2011

. Managed all QA activities for major warehousing system (Manhattan)

upgrade for largest distribution centre. Built onshore/offshore testing

team, defined testing strategy, defect management procedures. Supervised

QA Leads responsible for parallel DC go-lives and support to business

users during UAT.

. Involved in the entire end-to-end process of Loblaw's Supply Chain

(Inbound and Outbound - Receiving, Putaway, Stock Movemement Types, LPN

Disposition, Opportunistic Substitution, Picking, FPP, Order Allocation

(Line List, Flow and XD Orders), Order routing, Loading, Shipping and

invoicing.

. Worked closely with infratructure and technical applicaton support teams

Loblaw (LCL) outsourced all the Testing/SQA functions to Capgemini, in

2008. The QA Centre (QAC) was thus started - it functions as a Testing

Centre of Excellence. The applications in scope cover a very wide range of

solutions and technologies, such as: custom legacy and J2EE/.Net, Red

Prairie WFM, CA IAM, Manhattan WMS, JDA TMS, and JDA IPF&R.

. Oversaw all test events and deliverables, leading team of 20 to set

priorities (defects, regression issues) for development. Built staffing

plan, onsite and offshore. Directed initiatives designed to support

continual QA process improvements and integration with other activities.
