Brought on board with this provincial Crown Corporation tasked with managing Ontario’s lotteries, charities, casinos,

and other gaming operations to take on a dual quality management and senior analyst role. Mandated to govern of the

full cycle software development lifecycle, quality assurance, and technical and business documentation for each

project.

Tasked to assume oversight of an organization-wide IT transformation involving rigorous technology audits,

applications testing, and documentation improvement with an evolving role in test management and tool

implementation.

Led quality management and implementation of OLG project process standards and rules across the project

lifecycle with accountabilities in the execution of QA planning, strategy, business user needs, and master test plan
