Profile
Through my years of experience I have worked at different levels in
companies from production supervisor to safety facilitator, innovation
facilitator, union steward and chief steward. These different jobs have
made my experiences easier to manage both in a union atmosphere and
nonunion. The ability to build teamwork has enabled the teams that I have
facilitated to win awards from the companies.
