Managed over 300 plus employees in a 24 hour 6 day a week manufacturing organization. Responsible for
the purchasing, receiving and distribution of over 20,000 tons of raw liquids annually. Maintained and
broke annual production and sales records for the duration of my employment. Managed to increase and
surpassed of $550,000(U.S.) in sales per month in an aggressive market. Supervised all production areas to
include but not limited to sales, marketing, business development and security department. Competent, quick
and effective in providing customer service including in assisting the sales department to improve customer
satisfaction. Actively involved in the sales department in surpassing monthly and annual sales quotas.
Wellmade Childrens apparel Port au Prince, Haiti 1997 – 1998
Operations/ quality control executive manager.
Supervised the manufacturing of Children’s clothing between a Haitian company and an American company.
Handled the receiving, production, quality control and shipping of children’s clothing from Haiti to the
United States using JIT procedures. Worked with Haitian apparel contractors to obtain the lowest
manufacturing cost for an American clothing company. Provided documents based on American quality
control reviews and kept everyone updated of shipment schedules on a weekly basis.
Haitian Apparel Textile Company/ Port au Prince, Haiti 1996 – 1997
Executive Project manager.
Managed the manufacturing, quality and shipping of uniforms for an American Uniform company, Quick
Response. Supervised over 100 employees to ensure that all delivery deadlines were met while maintain
quality control to American Standards. Managed the handling of all unfinished cloth, materials, washing and
dry cleaning process from arrival to shipping.
U.S. Army 1/61 Infantry /5th Infantry Division, Ft. Polk, Louisiana 1987-1991
Infantry Squad leader/Paratrooper:
Graduated from Infantry and Jump school from Ft. Benning, Georgia. Tranferred to Ft. Polk where I
oversaw the management and training of over 20 soldiers. Supervised and was responsible for millions of
dollar in Government equipment and Government personnel. Responsible for counseling and keeping
track of 20 soldiers while keeping them and their equipment combat ready at all times. Earned the
highest award during peace time as an Infantry Man- EXPERT INFANTRY BADGE.
