Professional Human Resources Specialist with extensive background in payroll, recruiting, LOA

management, maintain employee data integrity, SME and administrator for HRIS / Benefits /

Compensation, as well as possessing excellent written & oral communication skills in a fast paced,

constantly changing environment.

11 Administer and explain benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees, HR

Generalists and insurance carriers.

12 Provide advice, guidance and follow-up on company policies, procedures and documentation.

13 Recommended and implemented simplifying and developing procedural timelines in order to

accurately maintain human resources data base, educating business partners to the importance

of data integrity.

14 Furnished the business with reports pulled from the HR database and regularly monitored data

for compliance.

15 Transitioned the majority of the LOA process to an electronic format including WC, STD, LTD,

FMLA, PLOA, allowing my accessibility through VPN from various sites served. Communicated

regularly with all parties involved in each individual LOA process.

16 Coordinated with benefit vendors to arrange their attendance at annual on site Benefit Fairs prior

to Open Enrollment.

HR team aware of benefit changes, supplying them with SPD’s.
