My Qualifications:

Just finished my dissertation about Item -Based Collaborative Filtering Recommender Systems

developing the recommender system using Matlab for a MovieLens dataset, for a Master’s

degree in Artificial Intellige nce in the University of Southampton (Southampton, England),

where I had to work and communicate with people from many different backgrounds and

cultures.

Wrote a paper about the Naïve Bayes Feature Selection Algorithm, and developed the

algorithm using Matlab to solve a two-class classification task using a real world data set for

an Advanced Machine Learning course.

Developed an expert system for the classification of birds, using CLIPS for a Knowledge

Technologies module.

Developed IT solutions using Java, JSP and SQL while working for Infosys Technologies.

Worked with different communication standards and interfaces (UART and I2C mainly) in C

and assembly language for the Microcontrollers and Computer Interfacing and Peripheral

Equipment Design module as an undergraduate.

Bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering.

Developed ISA, PCI and USB device drivers in C language for a Computer Interfacing and
