OBJECTIVE
I am seeking a position where I am able to utilize my management experience in the
Quality Assurance field or other related areas. I have over 20 years of experience
managing quality personnel and quality functions in a manufacturing environment.
Specific skill sets include customer interface in dealing with quality complaints, problem
solving in initiating and implementing corrective actions to those complaints, process
and system audits, system documentation via ISO requirements, maintaining equipment
calibration system, and coordinating the continuous improvement process.

As the Plant Quality Manager I was responsible for managing the Quality aspects of the
business that produced cast and blown polyethylene for a variety of markets.
Specific responsibilities include coordinating internal system audits, handling customer
audits, handling customer complaints, handling internal rejections from manufacturing,
and supervising lab and office personnel in the Quality Department. I also have
extensive Lean Manufacturing, ISO experience.
Technical Manager

As the Technical Manager I was responsible for the Quality and Technical aspects of the
business that produced co-extruded polyethylene which was printed and converted into

materials, implementation of new blending system, supervising lab personnel, and
handling customer complaints.
