550,000+ tons annually.

Rolling Mill Manager 2005 - 2006

Directed all rolling mill operations; including finishing, roll shop,

production scheduling, inventory, and mill purchasing. Lead the

activities of 75 hourly employees and 7 salary personnel.

Rolling Mill Superintendent 2003 - 2005

Facilitated day to day operations of the rolling mill, roll shop, and

finishing for a 24/7 continuous operation. Employees established

multiple production and quality records during this period.

Bayou Steel, Harriman, TN

Instrumental in Brownfield startup of operations and maintenance

activities in a 120 employee Bar Mill. Instituted SOP's for mill

employees to follow.

Oversaw all operations of the rod mill, which produced a capacity of

450,000+ tons of wire products annually. Developed and was instrumental

in establishing rolling practices and procedures to control size,

section, and quality; this enabled a higher quality work environment and

improved overall production quality and efficiency.
