bid package requirements, prepare Value Engineering recommendations,

Coordinate any addendum to all concern subcontractor, etc. Attend job-walks

and meet with subcontractors to guide them with the project scope. Prepare

subcontractor contract scope of work. Delegate work assignment and

supervise other estimators in my team. Analyze and prepare Post Bid
