I consulted with and assisted in designing and managing computer systems, including Microsoft Server

2008/2012, Exchange Servers, Terminal Servers, common business class firewalls and other network security

devices. I assisted with help desk where I would troubleshoot issues and reassign if necessary.

I designed and managed Microsoft Widows Server 2003/2008 networks, 2003/2007/2010 Exchange, and

terminal servers. I managed and configured virtual servers, wireless networks, printers, workstations, and

I managed the Network Operation Center computer systems, and servers. I configured and managed

wireless network backhaul point-to-point links and point-to-multipoint links. I configured and managed ISP

class network routers, including Serial T1’s and DS3 connections. I am knowledgeable with routing protocols

such as OSPF, RIP, and some EIGRP and BGP experience. I provided on call 24 hour support for critical network

support issues. I provided technical support for internet/wireless connection issues for over 500 customers.

I investigated theft, fraud, embezzlement, and accidents using digital closed circuit television camera

systems, and monitored operations to help ensure the integrity of the gaming operations and procedures. I

conducted and recorded incidents and written reports on observations of gaming violations and other

related incidents. I was involved in hiring, training, and supervision of surveillance personnel. I completed

multiple training courses in gaming operations.

I received a letter of commendation for the detection of a conspiracy by company employees who had been

embezzling cash. I was presented an award from the Tribal Government.
