SUMMARY
I am a student of Heritage Institute of Technology, Kolkata, have completed a B. Tech. on Electronics and
Communication Engineering.
I have successfully completed a training project which involved creation of “The Heritage E-book store” website,
under the guidance of HCL Infosystems and a detailed study on the “Communication systems of the Indian
Railways”, under the guidance on Indian Railways, Howrah division and “The Online Multiplex Ticket Booking”
website under the guidance of Globsyn Skills.
My final year project was on Voice recognition and identification system using MATLAB.

The project involved creation of “The Heritage E-book Store” website. The website would contain an
“Introduction” page, an “E-books download” page, “Feedback” form, and a “Contact us” page.
Technologies used- Microsoft Visual Studio 2010(ASP.NET with C#), Microsoft SQL server 2008.
2. Communication Systems of Indian Railways Dec 2011- Jan 2012.
The training involved a detailed study on the various communication systems of the Indian Railway.
The topics covered were DTMF- control office equipment, FOIS, various Control departments of the Indian
Railway, Optical Fiber Communication.
3. Online Ticket Booking Website- Globsyn Skills June2013-July2013
The project involved creation of “The online Multiplex Ticket Booking” website. The website would contain a
“Home” page, a “Schedules” page, a “Cinemas” page, an “Events” page and a “Contact us” page.
Website would also contain a “Quick View” column page and a “User login” column page and website also has an
“Online Seat booking” facility.
Technologies used- Microsoft Visual Studio 2010(ASP.NET with C#), SQL server Database.
ACHIEVEMENTS/CERTIFICATIONS
• Participated in one day workshop of “Design & Implementation of Electronics Circuits”.
• Runners-Up in ‘TIKI-TAKA 2011’ in intra college football tournament.
• Got a prize from District Magistrate for getting above 700 marks in Secondary Examination.
