Assistant Vice President, Global Infrastructure Manager, 2009 - 2013
Leading company’s Enterprise Infrastructure team responsible for: strategic planning,
technological innovation, assessment/selection of new products and services, upgrade planning,
user impact analysis, cost analysis, vendor negotiation, contracts review, service level
improvements, and risk management. Major accomplishments included:
- Orchestrated an extensive team in the sourcing and implementation of a vendor-
managed global MPLS WAN infrastructure, including Internet and security gateways.
Implementation included 130 MPLS sites in over 25 countries and six external gateways
based in each of the major global geographic data centers. Project took 18 months to
complete resulting in 30% annual savings with significant improvements in performance,
reliability, and the security profile.

(Data, Voice, Mobility), Messaging, Data Center Operations, and Identity Management.
Responsibilities involved project management, staff management, vendor management, capacity
planning, infrastructure architecture design, and communications with customers and
stakeholders. Assisted in managing department’s budget. Major accomplishments included:
• Project managed and technologically led infrastructure integration of a total of seven
different company acquisitions including a 2000 employee company in the UK with 22 sites,
and a 1500 employee acquisition in Australia with 12 sites. The integrations included all IT
Infrastructure systems such as network, Active Directory migration, Email system, DMZ, and
Intranet. Each one of the projects completed successfully in short time with no business
disruption, ensuring minimal user impact and profitability of the acquired companies.
• Established company’s Enterprise Information Security group. Managed the group for
period of one year, and transitioned the function to newly hired security manager.
• Implemented an automated Active Directory account provisioning system linked to
corporate Human Resources database. The system has eliminated two full time positions and
substantially improved security and delivery time.

under one enterprise group.
