I am a Materials Man with 15 Years experience. Presently I am working

as "Materials Man" in RIG "HERCULES-262" for Hercules Offshore. Also worked

as "Materials Man / Store Keeper" for leading companies like Gulf Drilling

International, British Gas Exploration and Production (India) Ltd (BGEPIL)

and Oil India Ltd (western Rajasthan, India).

EXPERIENCE DETAILS

I) In Abroad:

1. Working as a "Materials Man" in RIG "HRC- 262" for Hercules Offshore

in ARAMCO, KSA offshore from March 2009 and also worked for this same

RIG's refurbishment project from July 2008 to Feb 2009 at Sharjah

Shipyard

In Hercules offshore we are using Oracle ERP system for materials

management to ordering materials & Inventory controls. In this I am

working through contract from July-2008 for the refurbishment of

Hercules Rigs - Rig Hercules 261 & 262 and then continuing in

operation works with Aramco Offshore fields in Saudi Arabia in

Hercules-262 rig. Here, in refurbishment project we used TFG4000 V 1.4

for inventory controls.

2. Worked as a "Materials Man" in Cyber based RIG "AL-ZUBARAH" for "Gulf

Drilling International"- Qatar based Company, from August 2007 to June

2008.

In Gulf drilling we used Oracle ERP system for materials management to

ordering materials & Inventory controls. In this I worked through

contract from August-2007 to Jan-2008 for the new rig Rig-Al-Zubarah

project and then continued in operation works with Qatar petroleum in

Qatar Offshore till June-2008.

II) In India

1. Worked as "Store Keeper" for British Gas Exploration and Production

India Ltd (ISO : 14001 certified organization) since March 2004 to Jan

2. Worked as "Store Keeper/ Store Assistant" for OIL INDIA LTD for their

On-shore Gas Field (Rajasthan) from Sep "97 to Feb"04.

Responsibilities

. Getting requests from all departments and make the list of queries.

. Updating the Incoming files and send material receipt to corresponding

departments And Designated persons.

. Periodic physical stock verification / reconciliation are undertaken.

. Receiving the material receipts and issue corresponding materials against

the receipt and Order numbers.

. Boat attending for material receiving & back loading.

. As per department needs send the materials to storage / return to

warehouse.

Updating the outgoing files

. Issuing materials from critical stock, and getting materials from

warehouse by

helicopter for non- stock materials depend upon the emergency needs

. Receive & issue the material against the receipt and Order numbers for

Shut-down jobs.

. Also visit to other rigs for inventory audits in month ending and closing

year for next year proposed budget.

. All the type of wastes such as general, plastics, metal, wooden &

inflammable substances are segregated, packed & separately sent to shore

warehouse for easy disposal.
