PROJECT EXPERIENCE
Automated Ultrasonic Testing Machine
The main aim of this project is design a new inspection mechanism for existing method in
non-destructive testing. The new mechanism was designed for the ultrasonic inspection. This
mechanism helps to enhance the usability and the accuracy in inspection. This project was divided
to three main sections, research about NDT methods, Preliminary design and the final complete
design of the mechanism. All the design purposes were carried out according to the research data.
Industrial Group Design Project (Designing, building and testing a radio
controlled aircraft)
Designing an aircraft is an essential portion to consider before final configuration or
manufacturing. The project is laid out specific criteria to be achieved at the end in such as
dimension specifications, performance requirements, and design requirements. As well as the
movement of the aircraft of flight performances of the aircraft want to be fulfilled at the end of the
project.
Investigatory Studies & Dissertation Group Project (Multi Utility Waste
Energy Recycler)
The project is aimed at reducing the environmental impact caused by waste material disposed by
households as well as industrial factories. It also converts waste plastic plus general garbage into
a combustible fuel that can power a generator which in turn generates power to run an
emergency power output unit.
The MUWER (Multi Utility Waste Energy Recycler) comes as a package to cater
different types of solutions to different types of pollutants such as garbage, air and water. The
advantages of this machine is that is that it is extremely use friendly and is targeted at both home
and industrial environments with zero energy input from any outside electricity source.
