. Maintaining KPI's for Cluster as per customer specifications.

. Analysis of Network performance statistics (KPI's) e.g. TCH Drop,

SDCCH Drop, HOSR, Blocking, TCH Assignment Rate and their reasons

the sites overshoot, Interference Elimination. Finding missing & one

way neighbors', coverage holes.

Quality patch.

Client : Nokia Siemens Networks

. Handled Goa, Sindhudurg, Ratnagiri and Chiplun Cluster for Bharti

Airtel and Uninor account.

. Looking after all Roll Outs for both Bharti Airtel and Uninor account.

. Site creation for New roll out sites from the BSC level for delivering

the targets and meets the standards of the customers.

. TRX and ET creation, TRXSIG and EDAP creation done for various sites

using UNIX commands at the BSC Levels

. Handled 3 Engineers for three clusters (Goa, Sindhudurg and Chiplun)

for both Bharti Airtel and Uninor account.
