website which gave clients (up to 115) up-to-date outstandings of letters of credit, amendments and
payments.
Developed means for client to view letter of credit shipping documents via a link to view the images.
Created MIS Reports that captured revenue trend, volume trend, revenue reporting, volume reporting,
outsourcing and divisional reports for the banks internal clients.
Managed XpressDox, which enabled the outsourcing customer/seller to scan and transmit the image of
the documents to the banks back end system.
Worked with Vendors and Programming Team to validate software for scanning documents into PDF
format.
Processed System Development Life Cycles for making XpressDox 32 and 64 bit compatible.
Developed power point presentations of Trade Internet Query, Trade WorkStation, Open Account and
XpressDox for sales to use for customer presentations. These presentations were placed in the banks
ePRL site for all of sales to use
Business Analyst - Performed User Acceptance Testing of new and or upgrade to Trade Internet Query
and XpressDox. Regression tested to ensure new application worked properly with the existing product.
Created UAT test scripts, maintained log of UAT issues and referred them back to the programming team.
Wrote test cases to ensure proper testing was performed. Maintained quality of uat throughout the
testing, until product was delivered into production. Kept logs of test cases and insured that programmers
were informed of corrupt results.
Analyzed internal and external client needs to determine feasibility of system enhancement. Wrote
Business Requirement Document for the client facing systems in conjunction with what the external and
internal clients wanted to see.
Performed User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing and insured that production
validation was performed on weekends to insure that there were no production issues and clients would
