process of new product development. Responsible for research and

development activities from concept to finished product. Develop product

designs in hydraulic, pneumatic and electromechanical actuators and systems

involving multiple products and axis control. Development work dealt with

iron and steel casting, forging, zinc die-castings, and some plastic molded

type parts. Managed and lead members as well as the delegation of duties

and tasks to accomplish a project.

. Project level responsibilities for various linear pneumatic actuators and

hydraulic rotary actuator marketed worldwide by this business unit.

. Project level responsibilities for Solar tracking rotary actuator for

renewable energy market.

. Responsibilities included all production and quality related issues.

. Sales revenue from this project alone was $20 million.

. Responsible for building a new quality organization for Actuator Division

to cover multiple facility sites in the USA and Mexico.

. Project Manager for the production release of an electromechanical

multiple axis pharmaceutical prescription dispensing machine for the

Parata Corporation.

. Worked through all design related gaps and production issues to stabilize

the production process, with a project value of $2.0 million (Division

sales revenue of $114 million)

. Value Added-Value Engineered Product enhancements, extensions, and cost

reduction to increase sales and add additional profit margin to core

. Work included expanding sizes in specific product lines to the addition

. Responsible for 7 member engineering team where I assign and managed all

innovative corporate wide team development to drive goals in customer
