DealerTrack Inc. (January 2012 – Present)

Agile Coach/Scrum Master

• Act as Scrum Master/Agile Coach for two development teams in 60-person DealerTrack 2.0 (DT 2.0)

platform transformation from the 12-year old ‘classic’ site Microsoft Platform to an open source-platform.

Executive Management has identified this multi-year project as the most important in the company’s

history.

• Provide training, coaching and mentoring for new Scrum Masters, Product Owners as well as Project

Managers transitioning to Scrum Master and Product Owner Roles
