My experience working in customer service has provided me with

excellent people skills and has helped me to establish and maintain

professional business relationships with customers. For the past 6 years, I

have worked for TMS Health, a company that markets pharmaceutical products

and medical procedures. I've dealt with customer concerns on various

medications and developed a reputation for solving their problems by

listening, collecting data and securing information. Being part of TMS

Working in a pharmaceutical environment has also showed me how

also deal extensively with computer on a daily basis, so I am proficient in
