Infrastructure, Networking, Systems, and Technical Support. Team support of 2000 end
users of SAP Financials, and OPEN SGC Utilities platform. Reorganization of the teams
resulting in the implementation of Cross Training, and the establishment of SLA’s resulting in
recognized improvements in the response time and quality of service of the department.
Responsible for the Information Technology capital and expense budget plans. Mentoring,
hiring, and performance evaluation of direct reports. Negotiation with suppliers and internal
customers: Coordination of priorities and regular project status updates.
Lead in the Migration of the Companywide Billing System to a single system from multiple
legacy applications. Accomplished the migration with minimal interruption to the billing cycle
(US$ 480 Million Per Year), total end customers migrated: 800,000 with history dating back to
1999.
Lead Architect for the infrastructure of new remote metering system for 40,000 customers in
the first phase of implementation (utilizing VMware vSphere Enterprise, Dell Servers, and
