Experience

June 2012 to present, Senior Linguist Analyst, CWU Inc, Arlington Virginia

In support of the Department of Defense, Office of General Counsel, the Department of Justice and other

Government agencies. Assigned to the GTMO Privilege Team and charged with the handling of

privileged, classified and sensitive documents for purposes of conducting translations as required by

relevant court orders. Translate for both written and verbal communications as required. Provide contract

linguist support, performing collection, scanning, transcription and translation. Work products include:

gist, transcriptions and translations of materials. Analyze and review documents and materials as required

and participate as a full member of the Privilege Team.

February 2008 to June 2012, Senior Language Analyst, Calnet, Inc., Reston, Virginia

During this period, I was stationed at Ft. Irwin at the National Training Center providing contract linguist

support and performing collection, scans, transcriptions and translations. Work products include: gist,

transcriptions and translations of materials. Also trained U.S. soldiers deploying to Iraq under ‘Operation

Iraqi Freedom’ regarding Arab cultural, political and religious sensitivities to enhance their understanding

of the area of operations in which they would be deployed.
