. Entering data changes in the HRIS system, Ultipro for all employee
(new hires and terminations)
. Managing software improvements to increase the functionality of the
HRIS system e.g. adding Paid Time Off balances. This new feature
enabled employees to see their accrued time balances on pay stubs and
allowed managers to have more accurate information in order to approve
personal time request.
. Working with several outside consultants on projects to update
software as well as the installation of new software.
