instrumentation platform as part of an international team.

development team in order to agree on customer requirements,

design inputs and outputs, as well as design validation.

o Led cadaver labs with surgeon consultants to gain validation of

new instrument design.

o Supported limited release of new knee system by attending

surgery with surgical evaluators as a technical lead and record

clinical feedback.

o Team leader of four engineers and 22 products to provide

updates, timelines, and WBS to Project Core Team.

o Designed and developed 38 products for tibial preparation single

use and reusable instrumentation for a new total knee system.
