Design septic system including site inspections, as-built plan design and

approval.

Writing of SWPPPs including all drainage analysis and design of infiltration

practices that were needed to deal with 1, 2, 10, 100-yr storm events for pre-

development conditions and post-development conditions and then conduct

applicable site inspections.

Guide projects through various town, village and county zoning regulations and

codes to obtain final septic and/or site plan approval.

Design retaining walls (steel reinforced concrete, Mesa Block, etc.) to alleviate

steep gradient. Perform inspections during and at conclusion of project.

Performed percolation tests and deep hole inspections as pertains to infiltration

practice design and/or septic system design.

Design Site Plans including;

Grading

Erosion control

Road/driveway design

Septic/sewer design

Watermains/wells

Inspect and approve as required

Calculate the size, type and number of infiltration devices that will be utilized

based on the size and scope of the project and the rate of infiltration.

Design retention and detention ponds.

Design rain gardens, flow-through storm water filters, sand filters and etc.

Perform application and approval process for NYSDEC and NYCDEP including

N.O.I and LEAF.

Design and calculate cut and fill for sites to satisfy specific site requirements.

Perform steep slopes analysis

Perform construction site inspections (including a major culvert replacement

project in Chappaqua, NY of over one year duration).

Very extensive experience with AutoCAD, HydroCAD and Excel.
