OBJECTIVE
I became a single parent at 17 years of age that is also when i became a hard worker. I not only
have to provide for myself but i have to provide for my three year old daughter. While being a
parent, I managed to complete high school with a G.P.A of 3.2, work two jobs and i currently
now am enrolled at Florida Atlantic University Where i maintain a 3.0. I am Skilled in

My main job duty is to insure that the technicians that are hired by Home Depot complete the
customer's installation to their satisfaction and also, to make sure that the customer has no
concerns or issues that may need to be addressed by higher management.
I have to contact the customer directly after their install is completed and if they had any
problems with the scheduling or with the technicians themselves/ their workmanship I then, have
to write up a service ticket so that the local facility is notified and the customer’s problem is
handled immediately.
I also, have direct contact with the VP’s and GM’s over the local facilities and I let them know
every move the technicians make that the company would or would not approve of. Microsoft

This is an In-Bound Call Center where alot of different Companies for example: Visa,
Mastercard, and Discover Card, AT&T and the Company that i worked for Charter which was an
Out Of State cable carrier. That was more comman in the Northern States.
My Duty was to ensure that ther costumer was getting the best that Charter had to offer them. I
also took payments via check and credit and or debit card. I also aided coustomers in the
installation of the computer and router/ or a wireless one. Here is where my sale skills came into
play. I promoted add ons and bundle packages, which means i attempted to persue the coustomer
to get all three services that Charter had to offer (Cable, Internet, and Telephone). I sent out truck
rolls which are techs to replace equiptment and restore services
