/Project Engineer Manager
Function at both the state and regional level to provide Management and
Execution of all Engineering related activities within AOC Facilities
Management. This includes the management of internal company resources,
external professional Engineering and other firms as part of the execution
of equipment, utility modification, or expansion projects.
Stanford Medical Center: Project Engineer Manager
Managed the execution of multiple projects, identified variances, developed
actions plans and resolutions to variances. Managed the work of external
general and specialty contractors in the execution of projects. Responsible
for providing Facility Engineering services for the Medical Center
(SHC/LPCH) including utilities and HVAC/Electrical support, building
envelope, life safety systems and building documentation. Lead the
development and implementation of a project from the concept phases to the
final phases. Establishment and maintenance of project scope of work,
budgets, timeliness, and resource requirements usage for small and medium
size capital projects. Worked with internal Security and health and safety
departments to train, and badge contractors for quality work at the site.

Responsibility and accountability for management and coordination of all
execution activities including, quality, budget schedule, contract and
client expectations. Analyzed the importance of electrical reliability and
associated cost of outages, and lead discussions and solution developments
with Sun management. Reduced electrical distribution failures through
proactive involvement with project and lab managers, preventive maintenance
practices, and unique partnership with utilities. Related projects are:
protecting mission critical facilities from multi-million dollar outages
and provided cost-savings of several thousand dollars. Supervised team that
