Cost Reduction:

o Instituted GPS t racking on equipment and f leet vehicles to enhance equipment usage by 85% while

simultaneously decreasing rental equipment costs by $400K and annual fuel costs by $500K.

o Negotiated a 25% price reduction for national accounts on primary construction products utilized on

o Trained and developed new on-site project manager and field superintendents for construction projects
