. Inventory Reduction - challenged the team with a stretch target to reduce

partners, based on existing consumption levels. Monitored / fine-tuned

the ordering process. This resulted in improving inventory turns and

reducing E & O (excess and obsolete). Team was able to achieve a 50% +

reduction in inventory levels with out any interruption to end customer.
