. Design, customize and manufacture the Air Handling Units for well

reputed customers like CARRIER, TRANE, and SIGLERS according to the

schedule provided by them.

. Selecting the coils and fans by carrying out various calculations

using sophisticated tools and software.

. Prepare the submittal reports which include a mechanical AutoCAD

drawing of the unit, coil reports, fan reports, construction notes and

catalog sheets for the entire AHU.

. Prepare the general specification sheet that includes information on

duct sizes, damper sizes, access door sizes, coil dimensions, fan and

motor dimensions.

. Detailing the parts of the unit individually once the submittal gets

approved by the customer using Solid Works and generating 3D drawings

which are eventually used by production department for manufacturing.
