• Refined High Power Transmit System test methodology using Navy OT&E data cutting duplication of test methodology and saving $50,000.

• As member of SINCGARS test team, during both Operation/Assessment and OT&E, was "Eye in the Sky" on HC-130 test platform, observed and documented operation procedures, maintenance procedures and message coordination during all phases of test and identified inadequate operator training and need for revision of the operator's checklist.

• Key test team member on Small Tactical Terminal (STT) OT&E, tracked and submitted 172 DRs, reducing the initial backlog, submitted the required messages and tracked all the supporting data and to include pictures and computer printouts.

• Installed new LAN cards on 45 computer terminals in the TK directorate in a three day time period, with minimum down time to the computer users.

Airborne Telecommunications Systems Training Manager July 1991 to August 1993

• Implemented Time Compliance Technical Order wiring change to 616A Very Low Frequency receiver system to the entire National Airborne Command Post fleet.
